By visiting, browsing, registering on, or pinning content to StartupMap (startupmap.lol), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Maker Profiles & Startup Listings

Founders and builders may create a maker profile and list software products, web applications, SaaS platforms, or tech startups. By listing a product, you confirm that:

• You have the right to represent the startup or project.
• The URLs, descriptions, and media provided are accurate and not misleading.
• The listed content contains no malware, unlawful material, or phishing attempts.
• Each unique product is submitted with its canonical primary domain.

3. Maker Reputation Points & Leaderboard

StartupMap includes a gamified Maker Points and Leaderboard system. Points are earned through community activities such as verifying on X, pinning genuine products, receiving likes, and inviting peers. StartupMap reserves the right to audit, adjust, or remove points earned through abusive or automated bot activity.

4. Paid Features & Rank Boosts

All purchases (e.g. Points Booster packs, Cruise Yacht sponsorship pins, or Profile spotlight boosts) are processed securely via Stripe. Paid promotions grant visibility benefits on the map for the specified duration and are non-refundable once activated.

5. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

We foster a supportive, respectful environment for global creators. You agree not to spam other makers, scrape data maliciously, or post fraudulent listings. Violations may result in profile suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

StartupMap is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. StartupMap is not liable for any third-party links, services, or transactions conducted through external maker websites.
